With Henna and waves
Throwing his net into the sea
Bringing in fish and lanterns
Gaza is surrounded
With young men like the light
Throwing defeat behind them
Brother supporting brother
Beckoning your sea in the morning
Evening and night
Throwing over the wound
Its salt
And a sparrow with its wing
Wipes away its blood
Flutters over its wounds
Flying again
Oh wave within the sea
Bring me a candle
To light on the rocks
And dry away the tears.
